🧪 30-Day Home Trial

You can return your Posha robot within 30 days of delivery if it’s not the right fit.

Here’s how to start a return:

1. Reach out to us via the Support section of the Posha app or email [e-mail]
2. We’ll share a prepaid return label and packing instructions
3. Return the robot in its original condition and packaging
4. Once we receive and inspect it (usually within a week), we’ll issue your refund
5. There would be a restocking fee of $100 that will be deducted from your final refund amount.

Lost the box? We’ll offer a replacement at a discounted price.

📦 Returns should include:

• All trays, wires, and accessories
• Clean and damage-free condition

💡 Items like spice pods, measuring cups, or other consumables are non-returnable, unless damaged on arrival (please report within 7 days).
